We practice real estate law. We represent clients who are buying and selling homes. Some clients ask us only to draft an offer to purchase or to review an offer to purchase. Other clients ask that we represent them through the closing so that we are available to address any questions that may arise prior to the closing and so that we can review the title insurance commitment and the closing documents.  We are involved in situations that include a real estate broker or where the transaction is FOR SALE BY OWNER.  We have represented both developers, managers, sellers and buyers of condomiumiums.
