We advise elderly clients on estate planning issues such as Wills, Financial Powers of Attorney, Powers of Attorney for Health Care, Living Wills (known as Declarations to Physicians in Wisconsin), and Trusts. We review contracts they may need to sign in order to live in a nursing home. We also help them to make informed decisions about preserving and/or disbursing their assets.

Tom acts as attorney and advisor for many long-term health care facilities around the state of Wisconsin. As a result, he is conversant with the many operational issues health care facilities face with their residents, employees, and vendors.
