BANKING, BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL LAW

We represent banks and attend to their various needs (including, but not limited to, drafting financing agreements, collecting outstanding debts, loan work out situations, filing complaints against people who have failed to pay on a business note, and carrying out foreclosures). We also occasionally represent clients who have loans, mortgages and/or business notes that they are having trouble paying. We do not practice bankruptcy law.

We help clients to set up new businesses including corporations,LLC's or partnerships and we act as attorneys for clients with established businesses helping them to deal with contract and employment issues. We also counsel clients on the advantages and disadvantages of various business entities and help them to set up a business or convert a business from one entity type to another. We provide legal advice to not-for-profit organizations as well. We do not typically address questions that arise under the Americans with Disabilities Act or questions of harassment or discrimination.
