EMPLOYMENT LAW

We advise both employees and employers with regard to employment issues. Examples of some employment issues are:

1. employees who have questions about their employment contract or lack of a contract,

2. employers who have questions about their employees' contracts,

3. employers who have questions about their obligations when terminating an employee's employment, and

4. employers who have questions about the contracts they enter into with vendors.

We do not typically address questions that arise under the Americans with Disabilities Act or questions of harassment or discrimination.
